Als Lead Generation Specialist bij de MAIT Benelux B.V. ben jij de schakel tussen marketing en sales. Jij identificeert, kwalificeert en registreert potentiële klanten voor MAIT Benelux B.V. zodat ons sales team optimaal kan presteren. Jouw rol In deze functie ben jij de motor achter onze commerciële slagkracht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat leads niet alleen netjes in HubSpot staan, maar vooral dat ze omgezet worden in kansen. - Je speurt markten af, voert slim onderzoek uit en ontdekt waar nieuwe mogelijkheden liggen. - Met tools en databronnen verrijk je onze leads en maak je ze waardevoller voor het salesteam. - Je bewaakt de opvolging, zodat geen enkele lead verloren gaat. - Je pakt de telefoon en gaat het gesprek aan met prospects: luisteren, prikkelen en behoeften boven tafel krijgen. - Je houdt het Lead Management-proces strak in de hand en zoekt continu naar verbeteringen. - En natuurlijk: jij zorgt dat ons CRM altijd tiptop op orde is, zodat we kunnen sturen op actuele, betrouwbare informatie. Kortom: jij bent de spin in het web die nieuwsgierigheid omzet in concrete commerciële kansen. Wat jij meebrengt - Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van het verbinden van mensen en kansen. Met jouw commerciële flair en marketinginstinct weet je precies hoe je een gesprek opent én hoe je waarde toevoegt. Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (en als je ook nog wat Duits spreekt, is dat mooi meegenomen). - Dankzij je sociale vaardigheden voel jij je zowel telefonisch als face-to-face op je gemak, en weet je potentiële klanten te enthousiasmeren.
