In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw technische expertise in te zetten op zowel productontwikkeling als procesverbetering. Je houdt je bezig met het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van mechanische systemen en installaties. Daarnaast ben je een sparringpartner voor collega's en draag je actief bij aan de technische koers van het team. Naast het realiseren van innovatieve ontwerpen krijg je volop ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen en door te voeren. Jouw ideeën hebben directe impact op de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en toekomst van de organisatie. Functie-eisen Jij bent een ervaren engineer die techniek combineert met een sterk verbetervermogen. Je kijkt verder dan het ontwerp alleen en denkt actief mee over innovatie, efficiëntie en kwaliteit. Dankzij jouw analytische instelling en technische expertise weet je complexe technische vraagstukken om te zetten in praktische en maakbare oplossingen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde; - Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring als Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer of Product Engineer; - Ervaring met 3D CAD-software, bij voorkeur SolidWorks; - Kennis van machinebouw, productontwikkeling en constructietechniek; - Ervaring met FEM-analyses en sterkteberekeningen is een pré; - Affiniteit met procesverbetering, standaardisatie en technische optimalisatie; - Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze; - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed technisch inzicht; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om kennis te delen met collega's; - Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken én effectief samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams; - De ambitie om im...
