TakenAls Lead Mechanical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en construeren van complexe machines en onderdelen zodanig, dat de klantvraag op correcte wijze wordt vertaald in concrete oplossingen; In deze veelzijdige functie heb je nauw contact met collega’s, klanten en leveranciers; Je bent als Lead Mechanical Engineer een belangrijke speler in verschillende projectteams; Samen met je leidinggevende of de projectmanager ben je de schakel tussen opdrachtgever en je collega’s; Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team elke klus kan klaren; VereistenJe bent in het bezit van een HBO of WO diploma in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of Technische Bedrijfskunde aangevuld met ruime werkervaring in de machinebouw; Je hebt ervaring/kennis van een 3D tekenpakket, bij voorkeur SolidWorks; Je bent een sparringpartner voor andere engineers en kan anderen uitleggen waarom je bepaalde keuzes hebt gemaakt; Je hebt als Lead Mechanical Engineer een proactieve en zelfstandige houding; Je bent een teamspeler met een flexibele instelling; Je bent als Lead Mechanical Engineer klantgericht, resultaatgericht en ondernemend; Je werkt zelfstandig, je bent initiatiefrijk, accuraat en flexibel; Vloeiend Nede.
