Bij een machinebouwer voor de tuinbouw in 's-Gravendeel neem je de technische leiding over de ontwikkeling van PLC-software. Je combineert ruime programmeerervaring met het coördineren van een team PLC-programmeurs. Vanuit de Siemens-automatiseringsomgeving werk je aan software die machines betrouwbaar laat functioneren, van het eerste concept tot de inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij bewaak je de samenhang tussen software-engineering, planning en programmeerstandaarden en geef je richting aan verdere technische ontwikkeling. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je softwarekeuzes met je team, volg je de voortgang van projecten en ondersteun je programmeurs op kantoor en op locatie. Je stemt af met mechanische engineers, leveranciers en klanten om besturing en machineontwerp op elkaar aan te laten sluiten. Ook houd je programmeertools actueel en verbeter je herbruikbare softwarestandaarden. Je krijgt ruimte om je technische visie in te brengen en je kennis met een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor PLC-softwareontwikkeling, van concept en engineering tot inbedrijfstelling en serviceondersteuning - Het team PLC-programmeurs coördineren en de planning beheren in de ERP-omgeving - De voortgang en technische kwaliteit van programmeerwerk bewaken - Programmeurs ondersteunen bij softwarevraagstukken op kantoor en op locatie - PLC-programmeerstandaarden ontwikkelen, beheren en de toepassing ervan bewaken - Programmeertools actueel houden en softwareoptimalisaties doorvoeren - Technische keuzes afstemmen met mechanische engineers, leveranciers en klanten Wat vragen we van jou? - Ruime ervaring als PLC-programmeur binnen de industriële automatisering - Gedegen kennis van de Siemens-automatiseringsomgeving - Vaardigheid in het coördineren van programmeurs en het bewaken van projectplanningen - Een gestructureerde aanpak voor softwarestandaardisatie en technisch beheer - Het vermogen om collega's praktisch te ondersteun.
