Bij een internationaal opererende leverancier van kassen en technische oplossingen in De Kwakel werk je aan automatisering voor de land- en tuinbouw. Als Lead PLC Software Engineer versterk je de afdeling Service & Performance. Je vertaalt projectspecificaties naar functionele en technische ontwerpen, ontwikkelt PLC-software en neemt deze op locatie in bedrijf. Daarbij werk je met Omron PLC’s en verbeter je bestaande programma’s. Je combineert technische diepgang met een voortrekkersrol en houdt oog voor de werking van de installatie bij de klant. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met collega’s, klanten en storingsmonteurs over softwaregedrag, storingen en mogelijke verbeteringen. Je reist regelmatig naar internationale projectlocaties, waar je de software test en de installatie helpt opleveren. Binnen het team neem je initiatief en stimuleer je verbeteringen. Er is ruimte om je vakkennis te verdiepen en verder te groeien in je technische leiderschap. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van projectspecificaties naar functionele en technische softwareontwerpen - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van besturingssoftware voor Omron PLC’s - Testen en in bedrijf stellen van software op internationale projectlocaties - Analyseren van softwarestoringen en ondersteunen van klanten en storingsmonteurs - Afstemmen van automatiseringsvraagstukken met collega’s en klanten - Het technische voortouw nemen en verbeteringen binnen het team stimuleren Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Ervaring met Omron PLC’s en technisch inzicht in industriële automatisering - Je neemt initiatief, communiceert klantgericht en werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig - Bereidheid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen en affiniteit met land- en tuinbouw - Rijbewijs B en een VCA-diploma, of bereidheid dit te behalen - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en kennis van Microsoft Office; Duits is een pré Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris..
