De functie Als Lead Project Planner binnen technisch complexe onderhouds- en instandhoudingsprojecten ben je inhoudelijk eigenaar van de projectplanningsmethodiek. Je ontwikkelt, verbetert en borgt planningsstandaarden, ondersteunt planners bij complexe projectplanningen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen project-, portfolio-, werkplaats- en logistieke planningen. Je maakt afhankelijkheden, mijlpalen, knelpunten en het kritieke pad inzichtelijk en begeleidt planners en projectmanagement bij uitvoerbare, realistische planningen. Jouw taken - Je treedt op als inhoudelijk eigenaar en bewaker van de binnen de organisatie gehanteerde projectplanningsmethodiek. - Je ontwikkelt, verbetert en borgt werkwijzen, uitgangspunten en standaarden voor projectplanning. - Je ondersteunt planners bij het opstellen, analyseren en actualiseren van complexe projectplanningen. - Je fungeert als inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor planners en andere betrokken functionarissen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van projectplanningen. - Je bewaakt de onderlinge samenhang in de keten en met andere planningsniveaus. - Je ondersteunt bij het inzichtelijk maken van afhankelijkheden, mijlpalen, knelpunten en het kritieke pad. - Je signaleert structurele knelpunten in planningswerkwijzen, de samenhang tussen planningsniveaus en ondersteunende systemen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetervoorstellen. - Je begeleidt en coacht planners en het projectmanagementteam bij het toepassen van de planningsmethodiek en het maken van uitvoerbare, realistische planningen, en creëert draagvlak voor verbeteringen.
