The posting

Bij een kleinschalig technisch consultancybedrijf in Amsterdam ontwerp en implementeer je procesbesturing voor industriële processen en informatiesystemen. Als Lead / Senior Process Control Engineer neem je de technische leiding van FEED tot implementatie en inbedrijfstelling. Je vertaalt procesvereisten en klantwensen naar concrete besturings- en beveiligingsoplossingen. Daarbij verbind je instrumentatie, regelstrategieën en safeguarding met functionele en technische specificaties die richting geven aan de uitvoering. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je vanuit P&ID’s aan control narratives, Cause and Effect Diagrams en technische standaarden. Je stemt keuzes af met opdrachtgevers en collega-engineers, werkt zelfstandig aan deelvraagstukken en begeleidt het team bij testen en inbedrijfstelling. Ook technisch advies en applicatietrainingen kunnen bij je werk horen. Je ontwikkelt je vakkennis door samen te werken met ervaren collega’s, met persoonlijke aandacht en ruimte om te leren. Wat ga je doen? - Leid het technische traject van FEED-studies tot implementatie en inbedrijfstelling - Stel instrumentatie- en process-controlrekwisities en technische standaarden op - Bepaal de procesbesturings- en safeguardingstrategie - Werk P&ID’s uit naar control narratives en Cause and Effect Diagrams - Vertaal klantwensen naar functionele en technische specificaties - Begeleid testen en inbedrijfstelling van procesbesturingssystemen - Adviseer opdrachtgevers en verzorg waar nodig applicatietrainingen Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in procestechniek, industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde - Meerdere jaren ervaring met Process Control Engineering, bij voorkeur ook internationaal - Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de (petro)chemie, olie en gas, farmacie of energie - Kennis van SIL en ATEX en de toepassing daarvan in industriële projecten - Bij voorkeur ervaring met het configureren van DCS-, PLC- en/of SCADA-systemen - Goede communicati.
