Je neemt een sleutelrol op binnen complexe softwareprojecten en digitale platformen. Je combineert hands-on development met technische leadership en begeleidt teams bij het bouwen van schaalbare, performante en toekomstgerichte Java-oplossingen. Je denkt actief mee over softwarearchitectuur, technische keuzes en codekwaliteit en fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor developers, analisten en stakeholders. Daarbij help je technische uitdagingen te vertalen naar pragmatische oplossingen en bewaak je de technische richting van projecten. Naast je eigen ontwikkeling speel je ook een belangrijke rol in het coachen van collega's, het stimuleren van kennisdeling en het verder uitbouwen van engineering best practices. Je krijgt hierbij veel autonomie en vertrouwen om verbeteringen door te voeren en impact te maken op zowel de technische werking als de eindoplossing. Je werkt in een omgeving waar moderne technologieën, cloudplatformen, AI-tools en software craftsmanship centraal staan.

  • Bachelor of Master in IT
  • Sterke professionele ervaring binnen Java
  • Sterke kennis van moderne softwarearchitectuur, design patterns en best practices
  • Kennis van front-end frameworks in JavaScript/TypeScript is een plus
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in overleg met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders
  • Je werkt vlot in het Nederlands
