Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in 's-Hertogenbosch geef je technisch richting aan PLC- en SCADA-projecten voor de food- en farmaceutische industrie. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste concepten, soms nog voordat een fabriek wordt gebouwd, en vertaalt klantvragen naar een functioneel en technisch ontwerp. Daarbij draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor bedrijfskritische besturingen: je bewaakt de samenhang van de oplossing en helpt klanten onderbouwde technische keuzes te maken. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je softwareontwikkeling met klantoverleg en coaching van software engineers. Samen met de projectmanager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant; jij richt je op techniek en functionaliteit, terwijl de projectmanager planning en financiën bewaakt. Je begeleidt het bouwen en testen en coördineert de ingebruikname. Binnen het engineeringteam deel je kennis met collega's en verdiep je je verder in industriële software, systeemontwerp en technisch leiderschap. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concepten en functionele en technische ontwerpen. - Adviseren van klanten over PLC- en SCADA-oplossingen en technische afwegingen. - Coachen van software engineers en bewaken van de technische samenhang. - Zelf ontwikkelen en testen van industriële besturingssoftware. - Afstemmen van technische en functionele vraagstukken met klant en projectmanager. - Coördineren van de ingebruikname, inclusief I/O-, functionele en performancetesten. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technisch georiënteerde hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond. - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in industriële automatisering. - Je beschikt over actuele, diepgaande kennis van PLC- en SCADA-oplossingen. - Je combineert technische expertise met coachend leiderschap en heldere klantcommunicatie. - Je kunt conceptueel denken en klanten adviseren over passende technische oplossingen. - Je neemt eigenaarschap, handelt doortastend onder tijdsdruk en communiceert sterk in het Nederlands.
