Welke skills, capabilities en vormen van leiderschap heeft ANWB morgen nodig? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat medewerkers, teams en leiders zich blijven ontwikkelen? Als Leadership & Talent Manager geef je richting aan strategische HR-vraagstukken die bijdragen aan de toekomst van onze organisatie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van leiderschapsontwikkeling, talentontwikkeling, workforce development en organisatieontwikkeling. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen in werk, leiderschap en de arbeidsmarkt naar concrete oplossingen voor medewerkers, teams en de organisatie als geheel. Je krijgt de ruimte om organisatiebrede projecten en verandertrajecten vorm te geven op thema's als talentontwikkeling, leiderschap, skills, interne mobiliteit en workforce development.
