EN Leading Hand Logistiek (5 ploegen) Netherlands ROCKWOOL 01 September 2026 Share Voor onze logistieke afdeling in Roermond zoeken we drie Leading Hands Logistiek die energie krijgen van een dynamische operatie en van nature het voortouw nemen. Als Leading Hand ben je tijdens jouw ploeg het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een team van 4-8 distributieplanners. Je zorgt dat de werkzaamheden goed worden verdeeld, houdt overzicht over de planning en grijpt in wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt. Maar deze functie gaat over meer dan planning alleen. Je geeft leiding aan mensen, stelt prioriteiten, lost problemen op en zorgt samen met je team voor een betrouwbare en efficiënte logistieke operatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Wat ga je doen? Als Leading Hand Logistiek: - geef je dagelijks operationeel leiding aan een team van 4-8 distributieplanners; - verdeel en prioriteer je de werkzaamheden binnen jouw ploeg; - bewaak je de productie- en distributieplanning en stuur je bij waar nodig; - houd je overzicht wanneer planning, transport of productie anders loopt dan verwacht; - ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie; - coach en begeleid je medewerkers en help je nieuwe collega's op weg; - voer je ontwikkel- en functioneringsgesprekken en begeleid je medewerkers in opvolging van de Wet verbetering Poortwachter (verzuim); - schakel je continu met Productie, Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain en vervoerders; - analyseer je logistieke KPI's en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties; - pak je verstoringen en escalaties op en zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar de volgende ploeg; - denk je actief mee over hoe we onze logistieke processen slimmer, efficiënter en beter kunnen maken.
