LEAN Engineer | Venray & Amsterdam

Ben jij een LEAN Engineer die graag zichtbaar is op de werkvloer? Vind je het leuk om mensen mee te nemen in verbeteringen en samen processen slimmer te maken? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Je werkt op twee locaties: Venray en Amsterdam. De basis voor Lean is de afgelopen jaren succesvol gelegd. Nu is het tijd voor de volgende stap: Lean verder onderdeel maken van de dagelijkse manier van werken. Jij speelt hierin een belangrijke rol.

Wat ga je doen? Als LEAN Engineer help je collega's om processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en efficiënter te maken. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig en werkt samen met operators, teamleiders en managers. Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat veranderingen ook op de lange termijn blijven werken.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Je stimuleert een cultuur van continu verbeteren op beide locaties. - Je coacht en traint medewerkers, teamleiders en managers in Lean werken. - Je organiseert en begeleidt Kaizen-events en andere verbeterprojecten. - Je analyseert processen en voert verbeteringen door van begin tot eind. - Je adviseert over procesinrichting, lay-outs, doorlooptijden en kosten. - Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt KPI's en rapportages om verbeteringen meetbaar te maken. - Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe werkwijzen goed worden vastgelegd en nageleefd. - Je werkt samen met internationale Lean-collega's en deelt kennis en best practices

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto jaarsalaris tussen € 60.000 en € 80.000, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. - Een internationale werkomgeving met betrokken collega's, korte communicatielijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. - De kans om Lean verder te ontwikkelen en een blijvende verbetercultuur neer te zetten.
