Je coördineert opleidingen en leertrajecten, zodat medewerkers hun kennis, certificaten en ontwikkeling vlot kunnen opvolgen.

Bij een van onze klanten in de groen- en infrastructuursector krijg je een centrale rol binnen het HR-team. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner en Talent Manager. Je zorgt voor een correcte planning, opvolging en administratie van opleidingen voor verschillende medewerkers en leidinggevenden. Daarbij combineer je organisatie, communicatie en procesverbetering.

- Je plant opleidingen en volgt de praktische organisatie van begin tot eind op.

- Je verwerkt opleidingsgegevens, certificaten en rapporteringen nauwkeurig.

- Je beantwoordt vragen over opleidingen, leertrajecten en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.

- Je organiseert verplichte technische en veiligheidsopleidingen.

- Je bewaakt de geldigheid van certificeringen en plant hernieuwingen tijdig in.

- Je ondersteunt digitale leerplatformen zoals eBlox HR en Mobietrain.

- Je onderhoudt contacten met opleidingspartners en interne contactpersonen.

- Je denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen, systemen en werkwijzen binnen learning and development.

- Je helpt bij de invoering van nieuwe tools en digitale leeroplossingen.

- Je werkt mee aan opleidingsmodules en leertrajecten die aansluiten bij de noden van de organisatie.
