Learning & Development Specialist (28-32 uur) Bij Ictivity geloven we dat de ontwikkeling van onze mensen de sleutel is tot onze toekomst. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren Learning & Development Specialist die niet alleen leerprogramma's ontwikkelt, maar ook de L&D-functie binnen onze organisatie verder vormgeeft en uitbouwt. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onze strategische ontwikkelambities daadwerkelijk landen bij teams en medewerkers. Als Learning & Development Specialist geef je richting aan leren en ontwikkelen binnen Ictivity. Je bouwt mee aan een toekomstbestendige leeromgeving, ontwikkelt effectieve leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten en ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden in hun groei. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in organisatieontwikkeling, adoptietrajecten en het versterken van een cultuur waarin continu leren centraal staat. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van onze L&D-visie en leerstructuur, verankerd in onze HR-processen - Het ontwerpen en realiseren van leer- en ontwikkelprogramma's voor medewerkers en teams - Het begeleiden van medewerkers in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling naar een T-shaped professional - Het adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden op het gebied van talentontwikkeling en coachend leiderschap Dit neem jij mee! - HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Learning & Development - Ervaring met het opzetten of vernieuwen van een L&D-functie - Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van leer- en ontwikkelprogramma's - Coachingsvaardigheden en bij voorkeur een afgeronde coachopleiding - Kennis van leerplatformen en talentontwikkelingsinstrumenten - Affiniteit met IT, digitalisering en AI - Ervaring met verandermanagementmethodieken is een pré Over Ictivity Bij Ictivity is werken in de IT net even anders.
