Description de la fonction

Après une période de formation, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement de notre production, de nos machines et de nos robots. Vous veillez à prévenir les pannes en mettant l'accent sur la maintenance préventive. En collaboration avec les opérateurs, vous assurez le suivi du processus de production ainsi que le réglage et le paramétrage des machines et des robots afin de garantir une production sûre et de qualité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du processus de production et contribuer à la fiabilité des installations en matière d'électrotechnique, d'hydraulique, de pneumatique et de mécanique.
  • Diagnostiquer, localiser et résoudre de manière autonome les pannes à l'aide des logiciels Siemens TIA Portal et Step 7.
  • Assurer un retour d'information régulier sur vos interventions auprès des chefs d'équipe et des opérateurs.
  • Dans le cadre de la démarche 5S, maintenir votre poste de travail propre et ordonné et respecter rigoureusement les consignes de sécurité.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par la technique et les environnements industriels.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement technique secondaire supérieur ou d'un bachelier technique (électricité, électronique, électromécanique), ou vous disposez d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances en programmation d'automates Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal.
  • Vous êtes méthodique, rigoureux(se), structuré(e) et organisé(e).
  • Vous travaillez en système de 2 équipes (matin/après-midi) et êtes disposé(e) à travailler le samedi matin. Vous acceptez également d'assurer un service de garde selon un système de rotation (1 semaine sur 3).
