Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit complexiteit? Die zich niet laat afschrikken door grensoverschrijdend gedrag, maar net nieuwsgierig wordt?

Voor onze nieuwe GES+ werking zoeken we begeleiders die jongeren zien - niet enkel hun gedrag.

Je bouwt mee aan een nieuw team, met een gedeelde visie en stevige ondersteuning. We investeren in jou met gerichte vorming in o.a. traumasensitief werken, verbindende communicatie en omgaan met crisissituaties.

Samen creëren wij een plek waar jongeren opnieuw tot rust en groei kunnen komen - en jij ook.

Als leefgroepbegeleider maak je deel uit van het hele team rond deze jongeren.

De puberjongeren ( meisjes tussen 12-25j) die verblijven in deze leefgroep kampen vaak met ontwikkelingstrauma, een forse hechtingsproblematiek en/of zware gedrags- en emotionele problemen.

Als opvoeder in leefgroep Dorpel ben je gespecialiseerd in ontwikkelings-, opvoedings- en leerproblematiek van puberjongeren.

Ga jij in verbinding met puberjongeren en weet jij hoe je moeilijke opvoedingssituaties moet begrijpen en bijsturen.

Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken om ons team te komen versterken.

Je bent een energieke begeleider, je reageert kalm en assertief: je staat er, ook in moeilijke situaties.

Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, je biedt structuur en handelt consequent.

Je hebt een orthopedagogische achtergrond: je kan gedrag lezen, betekenis van symptomen begrijpen en hebt kennis van psychiatrische problematieken.

Je kan met het groepsgebeuren aan de slag, maar je werkt ook graag 1 op 1 en je hebt een goed zicht op de werking van Bethanië.

Je beschikt minimaal over een graduaat orthopedagogie of aanverwante opleiding; stage-ervaring in leefgroepwerking is zeker een plus.

Ervaring in leefgroepwerking met GES+ jongeren is een plus.
