Leerkracht Bovenbouw - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast - Almere SBO De Watertuin Wil jij leerlingen begeleiden in een fase waarin het er écht toe doet? Voor SBO De Watertuin zoeken wij een leerkracht voor de bovenbouw groepen 6-7-8 (1,0 fte). In deze groep werk je met leerlingen die toewerken naar hun volgende stap. Je helpt hen groeien in zelfstandigheid, zelfvertrouwen en toekomstperspectief. Over De Watertuin De Watertuin is onderdeel van de Almeerse Scholen Groep en biedt onderwijs aan ongeveer 160 leerlingen. We werken vanuit een veilige basis, met veel aandacht voor gedrag, sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling en een positief zelfbeeld. Met Positive Behavior Support ( PBS ) bouwen we samen aan een sterke schoolcultuur. We zijn als school in ontwikkeling, met een duidelijke focus op samenwerken. We geloven dat we het alleen niet redden, maar samen wel. Wat maakt dit werk bijzonder In de bovenbouw zie je grote stappen. Leerlingen groeien niet alleen in kennis, maar ook in wie ze zijn en wat ze durven. Door de kleinere groepen heb je meer tijd en ruimte om leerlingen te begeleiden. Je hebt invloed op hun ontwikkeling én op hun toekomst. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team en verschillende specialisten binnen de school. Voor wie is dit interessant - Voor leerkrachten met ervaring in het SBO of SO. - En voor ervaren leerkrachten uit het regulier onderwijs die toe zijn aan meer verdieping, kleinere groepen en meer impact. We begeleiden je bij de overstap naar het SBO. De functie is ingeschaald in LC (cao primair onderwijs), inclusief arbeidsmarkttoelage.
