Bij IKC De Ontdekking krijg je de ruimte om kinderen uit te dagen op hun eigen niveau, met rust en structuur als stevige basis. Je bouwt aan hun kennis en zelfvertrouwen én helpt ze steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Je werkt in een betrokken team dat samen bouwt aan goed onderwijs. In een prachtig, nieuw kindcentrum in Kampen, met veel aandacht voor stimulerend leesonderwijs en een sterke samenwerking tussen kind, ouders en school. Wat ga je doen? Als leerkracht van groep 7/8 begeleid je kinderen in een belangrijke fase van hun basisschooltijd. Je helpt ze groeien in kennis en vaardigheden en bereidt ze voor op de stap naar het voortgezet onderwijs. De leerlingen op De Ontdekking verschillen in achtergrond, niveau en wat ze nodig hebben om verder te komen. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend en inhoudelijk uitdagend. Je geeft duidelijke instructie en weet wanneer een leerling extra ondersteuning nodig heeft of juist toe is aan verdieping. Je zorgt voor rust en structuur en creëert een veilige omgeving waarin kinderen kunnen leren en zichzelf durven ontwikkelen. Vanuit positief pedagogisch handelen stimuleer je hun motivatie en leer je ze steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun eigen leerproces. Je kijkt verder dan resultaten alleen. Je hebt aandacht voor zelfvertrouwen, samenwerken en plezier in leren. Ook ouders zijn belangrijke partners. Samen kijk je naar wat een kind nodig heeft om de volgende stap te zetten. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een leerkracht die stevig en met plezier voor de groep staat. Je ziet verschillen tussen kinderen als een kans om goed onderwijs te bieden, neemt initiatief en zoekt ...
