Leerkracht midden/bovenbouw Meesterbaan | High | Stolwijk Wij vragen 16 uur HBO Reguliere baan Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Vacature omschrijving Per 1 augustus 2026 | 0,4 FTE | bovenbouw - middenbouw Obs De Sterrenboom is een openbare basisschool van Stichting Onderwijs Primair in Stolwijk met ongeveer 240 leerlingen en 9 groepen. De leerkrachten werken binnen de bouwen intensief met elkaar samen en maken gebruik van elkaars kwaliteiten. Dit komt het onderwijs en de ontwikkeling van kinderen ten goede. Wat vragen we van jou? Natuurlijk beschik je over een afgeronde PABO-opleiding en heb je - bij voorkeur - al enige ervaring in het onderwijs. Verder is het belangrijk dat je: - Een grote passie hebt voor het basisonderwijs en graag bijdraagt aan het leren en ontwikkelen van kinderen; - Elke leerling respectvol leert omgaan met anderen in een veilig en positief pedagogisch klimaat; - De talenten van iedere leerling herkent en hem/haar aanmoedigt deze te ontwikkelen; - Weet hoe je het kind een zelfstandige houding aan laat nemen en eigenaarschap laat vergroten, maar ook herkent wanneer de leerling écht ondersteuning nodig heeft; - Teamgericht werkt en zich met het hele team verantwoordelijk voelt voor de klus die te klaren is; - Een grote dosis enthousiasme en een positieve instelling hebt waarbij je in mogelijkheden denkt; - Een hands-on mentaliteit hebt, Je bent flexibel en creatief van geest; - Zelfstandig bent, maar ook goed in teamverband kunt werken; - Stressbestendig bent en snel kunt schakelen.
