Wil jij graag in een in veelzijdige en moderne keuken werken? Come join the family! Beschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Leerling Kok ondersteun je het keukenteam bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je helpt met de voorbereiding en bereiding van gerechten, voert mise-en-place uit en leert werken volgens recepturen en HACCP-richtlijnen. Daarnaast werk je samen met je collega's en zorg je na afloop van je dienst voor een nette werkplek. Tijdens je leerperiode krijg je de kans om: - De basis van het koksvak onder de knie te krijgen; - Zelfstandig te leren koken; - Snel, hygiënisch en georganiseerd te werken; - Alles te leren over HACCP en voedselveiligheid; - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Hotel Deventer is onderdeel van Valk Exclusief. Het hotel beschikt over 140 kamers en luxe suites, 7 vergaderzalen, 2 congreszalen, een restaurant, hotelbar, lounge, wellness en fitness. Met een enthousiast team van ongeveer 120 collega's is geen dag hetzelfde binnen het hotel! Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je bent aangemeld voor de MBO opleiding Zelfstandig Werkend Kok (of gaat je aanmelden); - Je bent 3/4 dagen per week beschikbaar; - Je hebt passie voor koken en de horeca; - Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekenden en op feestdagen.
