Wij zijn op zoek naar een leerling kok (per direct).Heb jij altijd al op een landgoed willen werken? Dan zit je bij ons goed. Samen met de rest van het team verzorg jij het ontbijt, lunch en diner voor onze gasten.Door de weeks ontvangen wij veelal zakelijke groepen, zowel groot als klein. In het weekend vooral leisure gasten. Landgoed de Horst heeft de zilveren prijs mogen ontvangen voor Beste trainingslocatie van het jaar 2021!WAT GA JE DOEN?Ons restaurant is klaar om jou verder te helpen in jouw ontwikkeling! Onder begeleiding van onze chef, een erkende leermeester, start jij jouw stage bij Landgoed de Horst. In onze keuken werken we met dagverse producten en hechte grote waarde aan de kwaliteit van het eten wat we bereiden. Het ontbijt en de lunch worden geserveerd in buffetvorm. Samen met je collega's maak je een assortiment aan gezond, maar ook lekker eten klaar. In de avond bereid je een drie gangendiner voor onze gasten.

Functie-eisen: WAT VERWACHTEN WIJ VAN JOU?Jij bent aan het studeren om in de keuken te staan. Waar je in je opleiding staat, maakt niet zoveel uit. Je bent op zoek naar een unieke leeromgeving. De keuken staat hier in directe verbinding met de keuken. Je ziet de ervaring van de gasten en zij zien jou ook. Dit moet je liggen. Jij wilt graag veel leren van onze chef en wacht niet alleen tot hij iets uitlegt, maar je stelt zelf ook actief vragen hoe je iets moet uitvoeren. Ook ben jij een doorzetter. Wij ontvangen door de weeks ruim 150 personen per dag voor de lunch of het diner. Er wordt gekookt in hoog tempo met behoud van kwaliteit. Als laatste voel jij je thuis in een a la carte omgeving, maar je kunt ook goed met banqueting uit de voeten.WAT BIEDEN WIJ JOU?Wij geloven in teamspirit en in het investeren in je medewerkers.
