Op zondagen organiseren wij een speciale Zondagsbrunch en op feestdagen zorgen wij voor een extra feestelijke sfeer! Om ons keukenteam te versterken, is onze chef-kok Joram van Twillert op zoek naar een creatieve en gepassioneerde collega.Van der Valk is een uniek familiebedrijf met een rijke geschiedenis. Met bijna honderd hotels wereldwijd, elk met een familielid aan het roer, zijn we een hechte familie die intensief samenwerkt. Deze lange traditie zorgt voor mooie verhalen en een echt thuis-van-huis gevoel, zowel voor onze medewerkers als voor onze gasten. Ben je al enthousiast?Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat we de verwachtingen van onze gasten overtreffen, zowel in ons restaurant als bij zakelijke bijeenkomsten, feesten en partijen. Jij assisteert in de keuken en bereid gerechten voor, waaronder buffetten, voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten en desserts. Ook controleer ik de kwaliteit van de ingrediënten en producten die we gebruiken. Je volgt nauwgezet de recepturen en instructies van de chef-kok en je presenteert de gerechten op een aantrekkelijke manier.

Functie-eisen: Wat maakt jou de perfecte collega?Je bent beschikbaar voor 4 werkdagen per week, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen. Je volgt een BBL-opleiding op niveau 2 of 3, Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn belangrijke eigenschappen in de horeca. Het opmaken en decoreren van borden is jouw specialiteit en je weet onze gasten keer op keer te verassen met jouw culinaire creaties. Kortom, je bent een ware koning of koningin in de keuken.
