Vacaturebeschrijving Wil jij een technisch vak leren en snel stappen maken in je werk én salaris? Als leerling laseroperator leer je in de praktijk hoe je moderne lasersnijmachines bedient. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je begint met de basis. Je leert hoe je de lasersnijmachine veilig bedient en hoe je materialen op de juiste manier verwerkt. Ook controleer je of onderdelen voldoen aan de juiste maten en kwaliteit. Zodra je de werkzaamheden onder de knie krijgt, ga je steeds meer zelfstandig doen. Je stelt machines in, leest technische tekeningen en bewaakt het snijproces. Zo groeit je verantwoordelijkheid stap voor stap mee met jouw ervaring. Je leert onder andere: - Lasersnijmachines instellen en bedienen - Metalen platen en materialen in de machine plaatsen - Technische tekeningen lezen - Het snijproces controleren - Gesneden onderdelen controleren op maat en kwaliteit - Kleine storingen herkennen en oplossen - Machines ombouwen voor een volgende opdracht

In het begin werk je onder begeleiding. Zodra je laat zien dat je de werkzaamheden beheerst, ga je steeds zelfstandiger werken. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een metaalbedrijf in de omgeving van Epe. Hier worden metalen onderdelen op maat gemaakt voor verschillende klanten. Je werkt in een platte organisatie met korte lijnen. Collega’s helpen elkaar en delen hun kennis. Je krijgt de ruimte om vragen te stellen en het vak in de praktijk te leren. Ervaring is niet nodig. Je krijgt een interne opleiding en werkt vanaf het begin mee aan echte opdrachten. Ervaren collega’s leren je stap voor stap hoe de machines werken. Hoe zelfstandiger je wordt, hoe meer verantwoordelijkheid je krijgt. Zo kun je doorgroeien van leerling naar zelfstandig laseroperator. Daar horen ook nieuwe taken en salarisgroei bij.
