Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Leerling Operator.Als Leerling Operator krijg je de kans om het vak volledig in de praktijk te leren. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's en leert stap voor stap hoe je machines bedient, processen bewaakt en afwijkingen herkent. Je hoeft dus nog geen ervaring als operator te hebben.Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Naarmate je meer kennis en ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je leren en doen?OnderOnder begeleiding van ervaren operators leer je onder andere - Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines. - Instellen en bijstellen van machines. - Bewaken van het productieproces. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Herkennen en oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. - Controleren van productiegegevens en registreren van resultaten. - Werken volgens veiligheids, kwaliteits en hygiënevoorschriften. - Schoon en georganiseerd houden van de productielijn. - Samenwerken met operators, productiemedewerkers en de technische dienst. - Je krijgt gedurende je opleiding steeds meer zelfstandigheid.
