Als Leerling operator leer je het vak gewoon op de werkvloer, samen met ervaren collega's. Benieuwd hoe snel je daarin kunt groeien? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen? Je hoeft nog geen operator te zijn om hier te kunnen beginnen. Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines zijn belangrijker. De rest leer je stap voor stap in de praktijk. In Roermond werk je mee aan een productieproces waarin je steeds meer zelf gaat doen. Eerst leer je de machines kennen en kijk je mee met ervaren collega's. Daarna ga je zelf instellen, controleren, afwijkingen herkennen en kleine storingen oplossen. Hoe beter je het proces begrijpt, hoe meer verantwoordelijkheid je krijgt. Het doel is duidelijk: doorgroeien naar een zelfstandige operator die weet wat er op de lijn gebeurt en kan ingrijpen als dat nodig is. Je werkt fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst. Dit ga je leren: - Productiemachines bedienen en instellen. - Het productieproces volgen en bijsturen. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en resultaten registreren. - Afwijkingen herkennen en hierop reageren. - Kleine technische storingen opsporen en oplossen. - Veilig en netjes werken volgens de geldende voorschriften. Wat wij bieden? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.600 tot € 2.900. - Een ploegentoeslag van 19% voor het werken in 3-ploegendienst. - Ervaren collega's die je het vak in de praktijk leren. - Steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Uitzicht op een vast contract.
