Contact SchilderMeesters Harderwijkerweg 242 3852 AL Harderwijk Leerling Schilder Emmen MBO Niveau 37,5-urige werkweek Het Bedrijf Wij zijn een vastgoedonderhoudsbedrijf met circa 45 collega's. Dagelijks op pad met steigers, schuurmachines en verfrollers voor schilderwerk en onderhoud van vastgoed. We schuren oppervlakken, ontvetten, gronden en lakken af. Houtrotreparaties en kleine herstelwerkzaamheden aan kozijnen, deuren en gevels horen erbij. Onze projecten variëren van kantoorpanden tot appartementencomplexen en scholen die een opknapbeurt krijgen. Meestal werk je in een vast koppel. Overleg doen we op locatie, en samen aanpakken als iets tegenzit is normaal. Hier op de werkvloer weet je: een kwast doet wat je wilt, een collega niet altijd. Zo pakken we elke klus aan en leer je alles over schilderwerk en vastgoedonderhoud. De Baan Als leerling schilder werk je bij ons altijd samen met een vast duo. Zo leer je het vak stap voor stap in de praktijk en krijg je alle begeleiding die je nodig hebt. Je start de dag vaak met het voorbereiden van de klus, zoals schuren, houtrotreparaties of glas zetten. Daarna is het tijd voor het schilderwerk zelf, van muren tot deuren en houtwerk, en het onderhoud van bestaand schilderwerk. Onderweg doe je ook allerlei herstelwerkzaamheden, waardoor elke dag anders is. Wij zijn een erkend leerbedrijf en geven starters de keuze om een bbl opleiding te volgen, of gewoon volledig praktijkervaring op te doen. En soms gaat er iets mis, bijvoorbeeld als de klant een kop koffie op je net geschilderde vensterbank zet, daar leer je alleen maar van. Zo krijg je bij ons alle kennis over schilderwerk en onderhoud, werk je mee aan echte projecten en voel je je onderdeel van een leuk en gezellig team. F...
