Vanaf 5 januari 2027 start bij Feenstra een nieuwe groep met onze interne opleiding voor leerling servicemonteurs. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring als monteur te hebben. Misschien heb je net je school afgerond, wil je overstappen vanuit een andere branche of ben je er simpelweg achter gekomen dat je liever in de praktijk leert. Bij ons krijg je de kans om het vak vanaf de basis te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig monteur. Je leert het vak grotendeels in de praktijk, onder begeleiding van ervaren monteurs en praktijkopleiders. Jouw motivatie en technische interesse vinden we belangrijker dan ervaring. Zó maak jij het verschil! De opleiding begint met een praktijkgerichte periode van ongeveer 4 tot 6 weken. Je bent hiervoor 2 à 3 dagen per week aanwezig in ons praktijklokaal in Eindhoven. De overige dagen ga je met een ervaren monteur mee op pad in jouw regio. Tijdens deze eerste periode leer je de belangrijkste basis van het vak. Denk bij service bijvoorbeeld aan het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan cv-ketels. Na deze eerste fase kun je onder begeleiding al één of twee onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren. De verdere trainingen worden verspreid over het opleidingstraject aangeboden. Zo bouw je jouw kennis stap voor stap uit en kun je snel ervaring opdoen in de dagelijkse praktijk.
