Als leerling vakman GWW leer je het vak vooral in de praktijk. Je werkt mee op infraprojecten en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s. En als je nog een BBL-opleiding wilt volgen, ga je nog 1 dag in de week terug in de schoolbanken. Stap voor stap ontwikkel je je tot een vakman in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw.

Wat je gaat leren:

- Je helpt mee bij het aanleggen van wegen en rioleringen - Je graaft sleuven en helpt bij het grondwerk - Je leert werken met gereedschap en kleinere machines - Je volgt aanwijzingen van de voorman en uitvoerder - Je werkt samen met machinisten en zorgt dat zij veilig hun werk kunnen doen - Je zorgt dat de bouwplaats netjes en veilig blijft

Jouw team

Je wordt onderdeel van BAM Infra Wegen en komt terecht op 1 van onze projecten in Helmond. Samen met jou kijken we naar een passende opleiding en projecten in jouw buurt waar jij aan de slag kan. Waar je ook terecht komt, wij zorgen er in ieder geval voor dat jij de juiste begeleiding krijgt. Als leerling krijg je bij ons begeleiding van twee vaste personen:

- De leermeester: dit is een ervaren collega op het project. Hij leert jou het werk in de praktijk. Hij leert je de fijne kneepjes van het vak, werkt met je samen en helpt je om steeds beter te worden in het vak. - De leerwerkbegeleider: hij begeleidt jou vanuit jouw opleiding. Hij kijkt of jouw leerdoelen worden behaald, houdt contact met school en helpt je bij vragen over je opleiding of voortgang.

Wij bieden jou

- Een salaris tussen de € 1.074,- en € 3.203,- bruto per vier weken, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Dit is op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en exclusief 8% vakantiegeld; - Een volledig b
