Als Leerling-Voorman Kabels bij A.HakHak loop je mee met een ervaren voorman die je het vak van top tot teen gaat leren. Van het regelen en organiseren van het werk, aansturen van de ploeg, opstellen van kabelrollen, kabels trekken tot het bijhouden van de administratie van je eigen werk. Jij krijgt te maken met alles waar een voorman mee te maken heeft. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het trekken van 100 meter kabel bij kleinere projecten tot trajecten van wel 1000 meter bij grotere opdrachten. Je leert hoe je een ploeg aanstuurt en zorgt dat de civiele werkzaamheden tijdig, correct en veilig worden uitgevoerd. Ook houd je toezicht op het plaatsen van verkeersmaatregelen volgens de geldende richtlijnen, leg en trek je kabels en organiseer je het werk overzichtelijk en efficiënt. En geen zorgen: je wordt niet aan je lot overgelaten. Je loopt mee, krijgt goede begeleiding en leert stap voor stap alle kneepjes van het vak. Zo krijg je een brede blik op het hele proces en groei je uiteindelijk door naar een echte spilfunctie binnen onze projecten. Als (Leerling-)Voorman Kabels heb je daarnaast veel contact met externe partijen zoals opdrachtgevers en vergunningverleners, en communiceer je intensief met collega's binnen ons bedrijf. Dit vind je geen probleem: je bent niet bang om het gesprek aan te gaan en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende partijen.
