GO! leersteuncentrum Pixsy zoekt

een leerondersteuner om ons leersteuncentrum te versterken in regiohuis Oudenaarde, voorkeur voor basis- en secundair onderwijs.

Het betreft een opdracht om op te starten na de herfstvakantie. De opdracht loopt tot einde schooljaar.

Wat?

  • je hebt een hart voor inclusie
  • je wil leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften zelfstandiger maken en hen maximaal integreren in de klascontext
  • je wil leerkrachten coachen en professionaliseren in het omgaan met diversiteit in de klas
  • je wil schoolteams versterken en samen met hen bouwen aan inclusief onderwijs

Waar?

  • leersteuncentrum Pixsy is actief in de ruime regio Zuid-Oost-Vlaanderen (samenwerkingsverband GO!, OVSG, POV, OKO en KOV). We ondersteunen leerlingen en hun leerkrachten in het basis- en secundair onderwijs, gaande van Oudenaarde/ Ronse over Geraardsbergen/ Zottegem tot Ninove/ Denderleeuw/ Aalst.
  • deze vacature betreft regioteam Geraardsbergen (= Geraardsbergen, Brakel, Zandbergen).

  • 36u-week waarvan 19u leersteun op de klasvloer aangevuld met professionalisering, overleg, samenwerking, dienstverplaatsing en administratie

Jouw talenten, diploma...

  • interesse in het bieden van leersteun in het basis en secundair onderwijs.
  • diploma tenminste bachelor (pedagogisch, paramedisch, welzijnslink,...)
  • inclusiebezieler
  • ervaring met kinderen/ jongeren met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften en/of in het coachen van leerkrachten
  • je bent communicatief, flexibel, creatief en oplossingsgericht
  • je werkt graag doelgericht en bent sterk in planning en organisatie
  • je houdt van zelfstandig werken én van samenwerken
  • in het bezit van rijbewijs B en eigen wagen
