Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 2.950,- en € 3.650,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 27 vakantiedagen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - De mogelijkheid om tussen de 24 uur en 40 uur per week te werken; - Werken op de Zuidas in Amsterdam met een prachtig uitzicht; - Leuke teamuitjes in zowel Nederland als het buitenland. Wat ga je doen als Legal Assistent - Opstellen en controleren van processtukken, contracten en correspondentie; - Bijhouden van dossiers en het verwerken van juridische advisering in zaaksystemen; - Bewaken van deadlines en ondersteunen bij due diligence trajecten; - Afstemmen met advocaten, notarissen en cliënten over lopende zaken; - Verwerken van algemene voorwaarden en contractbeheer in actieve dossiers. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Legal Assistent - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting juridisch of secretarieel; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Legal Assistent of in een vergelijkbare ondersteunende juridische rol; - Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met gevoel voor processtukken en juridische advisering; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste. Over de organisatie Je komt terecht bij een internationaal fullservice advocatenkantoor op de Zuidas in Amsterdam, actief in meer dan 50 landen en met ruim 7.400 juristen wereldwijd. Het Nederlandse kantoor is gevestigd in het Atrium in Amsterdam en adviseert cliënten op gebieden als ondernemingsrecht, contractenrecht, arbeidsrecht en geschilbeslechting.
