Over de functie Als Legal Counsel adviseer je de raad van bestuur, directies en verschillende afdelingen over bedrijfsjuridische vraagstukken. Je ondersteunt zowel de organisatie als haar dochterbedrijven en deelnemingen bij het beheersen van juridische risico's. Je stelt contracten en juridische documenten op, beoordeelt afspraken en begeleidt geschillen en gerechtelijke procedures. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met externe specialisten, zoals advocaten en notarissen. Binnen deze vacature in Terneuzen werk je bij een stabiel familiebedrijf dat bouwgrondstoffen, producten en diensten levert aan de bouwsector. Je krijgt ruimte voor eigen initiatief en werkt nauw samen met deskundige collega's. Wat ga je doen als Legal Counsel? • Adviseren over bedrijfsjuridische vraagstukken en het beheersen van juridische risico's; • Opstellen, beoordelen en uitwerken van contracten en juridische documenten; • Begeleiden van geschillen en gerechtelijke procedures; • Onderhouden van contact met externe juridische partijen, waaronder advocaten en notarissen; • Signaleren van juridische ontwikkelingen en vertalen naar praktisch beleid; • Ondersteunen bij algemene werkzaamheden binnen het directiesecretariaat. Wat vragen wij van jou? • Een afgeronde wo-opleiding in een bedrijfsjuridische richting; • Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring; • Actuele kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving; • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden; • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; • Je werkt zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor...
