We maken met slimme technologie verzekeren simpel, snel en eerlijk. Ook hebben we de JaarBalans: klanten betalen bij ons nooit te veel. En blijft er toch geld over in de schadepot? Dan geven we dat terug aan onze klanten. Ooit zijn we gestart als de rebel in de verzekeringswereld. Nu staan we aan de vooravond van een internationale doorbraak. Vandaag nog met 350 mensen, straks misschien wel met 500. Om verder te groeien zoeken we mensen die met ons mee willen bouwen, ook binnen Legal. Jouw rol Een Legal Counsel die energie krijgt van procurement en het optimaliseren van de volledige contractlifecycle, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en Legal helpt om nóg slimmer en toekomstgerichter te werken. Je komt terecht in een 5-koppig, ambitieus Legal team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de juridische ondersteuning van onze activiteiten in Nederland, Spanje en Duitsland. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met externe partijen, terwijl je intern schakelt met verschillende disciplines. Hierbij rapporteer je aan André, die als teamlead en advocaat de juridische lijnen uitzet. Als Legal Counsel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alles wat met contracten en juridische checks rondom samenwerkingen te maken heeft. Jij zorgt dat we snel kunnen schakelen, zonder risico's uit het oog te verliezen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces: van het eerste contractvoorstel tot en met beheer en eventuele verlenging of beëindiging. Je werkt op het snijvlak van Legal en de business en schakelt veel met collega's van onder andere IT, Operations en Marketing. Daarbij denk je niet alleen in risico's, maar vooral in oplossingen.
