Juni 2027 Deine Aufgaben Tauche ein in die vielfältige Welt der handwerklichen Braukunst. Unter anderem bist du als Lehrling der Brau- und Getränketechnik für folgende Aufgaben zuständig: Erlerne den Umgang mit den Rohstoffen zur Bierherstellung. Führe von der Malzbereitung über den Brauvorgang bis hin zur Abfüllung alle wesentlichen Tätigkeiten der Bierbearbeitung großteils selbstständig durch. Übernimm Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten. Führe sämtliche Berechnungen hinsichtlich Malz- und Bierherstellung selbstständig durch. Dokumentiere, erfasse und werte brautechnische Daten aus. Dein Profil Du verfügst über einen positiven Pflichtschulabschluss. Du hast Spaß am Entdecken und Erlernen des Brauer- und Mälzerhandwerks. Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick mit. Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und Mut zur Eigenverantwortung. Du bist zuverlässig und legst Wert auf eine genaue Arbeitsweise. Du kommunizierst offen und hast ein positives Auftreten.
