Aktuell suchen wir 1 Lehrlingsausbilder / Trainer Metalltechnik Deine Aufgaben:

* Ausbildung von Lehrlingen im Bereich Metalltechnik - Vermittlung von theoretischen Kenntnissen und praktischen Fertigkeiten gemäß Berufsbild (z.B. Schweißen, Drehen, Fräsen)

* Betreuung der Lehrlinge in der Lehrwerkstätte - Begleitung, Aufsicht und Unterstützung der Lehrlinge bei praktischen Tätigkeiten

* Dokumentation und Beurteilung des Ausbildungsfortschritts

* Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von technischen Trainings für Lehrlinge

* Durchführung von Arbeiten im Bereich Metalltechnik (Drehen, Fräsen, Schweißen)

* Sicherstellung des Arbeitnehmerschutzes und Einhaltung sämtlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Begeisterung junger Menschen für Metalltechnik und Begleitung ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Metalltechnik

* Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Schweißen, Drehen und Fräsen

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Schweißmethoden

* Abgeschlossene Ausbilderprüfung bzw. Bereitschaft, diese abzulegen

* Erfahrung in der Ausbildung oder Begleitung von jungen Menschen wünschenswert

* Freude daran, Wissen verständlich und praxisnah weiterzugeben

* Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit jungen Menschen

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement für die bestmögliche Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
