AUFGABEN * Fachliche und praktische Ausbildung von Lehrlingen (derzeit insgesamt 32) in den Bereichen Metalltechnik und Mechatronik * Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausbildungsmaßnahmen * Vermittlung von technischem Fachwissen sowie praktischen Fertigkeiten * Förderung der persönlichen und fachlichen Entwicklung der Lehrlinge * Vorbereitung auf Berufsschule, Prüfungen und den beruflichen Alltag * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Berufsschulen und internen Ansprechpartnern * Beurteilung von Lernfortschritten und Erstellung von Ausbildungsdokumentationen * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner Ausbildungskonzepte

PROFIL * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Meister, HTL oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Metalltechnik, Mechatronik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung im industriellen Umfeld * Ausbilderprüfung bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren * Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit * Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Geduld und pädagogisches Geschick * Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Ausbildungs- und Lernmethoden * Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
