Für unsere betriebseigene Lehrwerkstatt suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit pädagogischem Feingefühl, Organisationstalent und dem Wunsch, junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Berufswelt zu begleiten - mit dem Ziel, sie zu qualifizierten, selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Facharbeitern zu formen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche Ausbildung und Betreuung der Lehrlinge im Bereich Elektrotechnik

* Vermittlung von praktischen Fertigkeiten und technischem Wissen

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Ausbildungsplänen und Praxisübungen

* Individuelle Unterstützung und Förderung der Lehrlinge

* Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen und Begleitung bis zur LAP

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ausbildner:innen, Fachabteilungen und Berufsschulen

* Beitrag zu einem motivierenden und wertschätzenden Lernumfeld

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Fachschule, Meister, HTL o.Ä.)

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung oder Wissensvermittlung

* Exzellentes Technikwissen und Begeisterung für technologische Trends in der Elektrotechnik

* Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau von Vorteil

* Ausbildnerprüfung vorhanden oder Bereitschaft diese zeitnah zu absolvieren

* Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen

* Geduld, Empathie und pädagogisches Geschick

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist

* Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position beträgt das Bruttomonatsgehalt gem. Kollektivvertrag der Metallbe- und verarbeitenden Industrie mindestens € 3.396,21. Selbstverständlich richtet sich dein Gehalt aber nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wir legen die Verdiensthöhe gemeinsam fest.
