  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid over productspecificaties van eindproducten binnen meerdere vestigingen
  • Beheer en opvolging van klanten- en leveranciersportalen
  • Bewaken van de correcte flow van productontwikkeling tot finale declaratie
  • Controleren en valideren van ingrediëntendeclaraties, allergenen, additieven, nutritionele waarden en etiketten volgens geldende wetgeving
  • Zorgen voor correcte en consistente masterdata binnen interne systemen
  • Actief verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen rond specificatiebeheer
  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een directe collega binnen specificaties en labeling
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in nationale en internationale wetgeving in samenwerking met QA
  • Centraliseren en beheren van documentatie bij leveranciersonderzoeken en non-conformiteiten
  • Monitoren van leverancierskwaliteit en ondersteuning bij audits
  • Administratieve verwerking van klanten- en consumentenklachten
  • Professioneel beantwoorden van vragen rond etikettering, specificaties en wetgeving
  • Bachelor- of masteropleiding in voedingstechnologie, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Aantoonbare kennis van Belgische en Europese voedingswetgeving (etikettering, allergenen, additieven, nutritionele declaraties)
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
  • Hands-on ingesteld, met tegelijk overzicht over complexe processen
  • Vlot met digitale tools, portalen en datasystemen (ERP-ervaring is een plus)
  • Ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende rol, of klaar om die stap te zetten
