Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Barendrecht werk je als Leidinggevend Eerste Monteur Industriële Automatisering aan de elektrotechnische uitvoering van industriële installaties. Je combineert montagewerk met het aansturen van monteurs en bewaakt de kwaliteit op de werkvloer. Daarbij draait het om zorgvuldig aansluiten, veilig werken en praktische oplossingen vinden wanneer de uitvoering anders loopt dan gepland. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het werk en zorgt dat je collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je elektrotechnische schema's naar een werkende installatie, stem je werkzaamheden af en controleer je aansluitingen en bekabeling. Je schakelt met collega's uit engineering en projectleiding over technische vragen en de voortgang. Je ontwikkelt je verder in industriële besturingstechniek, het begeleiden van monteurs en het organiseren van montagewerk, met ruimte om vanuit je praktijkervaring verbeteringen voor te stellen. Functie-inhoud - Monteer en sluit industriële besturingsinstallaties aan volgens elektrotechnische schema's - Stuur monteurs aan en verdeel werkzaamheden op de werkvloer - Bewaak de voortgang, montagekwaliteit en veilige uitvoering - Controleer bekabeling, aansluitingen en I/O-verbindingen voor de inbedrijfstelling - Los technische knelpunten op en stem wijzigingen af met engineering - Begeleid collega's bij montagewerk en draag praktische vakkennis over Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met elektrotechnische montage aan industriële installaties - Je leest elektrotechnische schema's en begrijpt de opbouw van besturingskasten - Kennis van sensoren, actuatoren en de aansluiting van PLC-I/O - Je kunt monteurs begeleiden en houdt overzicht over werkzaamheden - Je werkt veiligheidsbewust en communiceert helder over technische vraagstukken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.900 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van fu.
