Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team goed samenwerkt, het werk op tijd klaar is én de kwaliteit top is. In het kort: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor projectleiders, onderaannemers en aannemers; - Met jouw kennis, ervaring en hands-on mentaliteit weet jij je team te motiveren; - Je ziet toe op de veiligheid en de kwaliteit van het werk; - Je verricht montagewerkzaamheden aan W-installaties op basis van tekeningen; - Je zorgt voor een gezond binnenklimaat en een fijne werkomgeving voor onze klanten. Dit breng je mee - Affiniteit met installatietechniek; - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische opleiding; - Eventuele ervaring in het leiden van projecten; - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en respectvolle omgang met collega's en klanten.
