Als leidinggevende monteur bij Infraconnect ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor ons montageteam. Je stuurt de monteurs aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met onze klanten en werk je nauw samen met het team van kantoor en andere leidinggevenden. Je werkzaamheden zullen voornamelijk bestaan uit: • Het in- en uitbouwen van telematica-apparatuur in trams en (mini)bussen. • Het begeleiden en aansturen van monteurs op locatie. • Het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer. • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en zorgen voor een goede klanttevredenheid. • Samenwerken met het kantoorteam en andere leidinggevenden om projecten succesvol af te ronden. Wie ben jij? • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als leidinggevend monteur. • Je hebt een achtergrond in elektrotechniek, de telecom of data. • Je kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende teams en hebt een proactieve werkhouding. • Je zorgt dat iedereen zijn werk kan doen, maar als het moet sleutel je zelf mee. • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht. • Je hebt verstand van techniek, maar ook van mensen. • Je bent flexibel en bereid om door het hele land te reizen. • Ervaring met openbaar vervoer is een pré. • Je werkt bij voorkeur in een MKB bedrijf waar je elkaar persoonlijk kent. • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs.
