Als Leidinggevend Monteur W stuur je een team monteurs aan en zorg je dat het werk op de bouwplaats goed verloopt. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met het organiseren van de werkzaamheden en hebt veel contact met collega's, klanten en de projectleiding. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van monteurs op het project. - Het verdelen en organiseren van het werk op de bouwplaats. - Het voorbereiden van technische werkzaamheden. - Het bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met de projectleider en klant. - Het oplossen van technische vraagstukken tijdens de uitvoering. - Het opleveren van de installatie. - Het geven van technisch advies wanneer dat nodig is. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je hebt een goede technische basis en vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Verder heb je: - Relevante technische kennis en ervaring. - Een mbo-achtergrond richting de techniek. - Rijbewijs B. - Een praktische instelling. - De ambitie om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor een project en team.
