Veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen ideeën. Afwisselend werk: geen dag is hetzelfde. Wie zoeken we? Bij Helen's Bakery draait alles om kwaliteit, efficiëntie, samenwerken en het creëren van een fijne werkplek. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die van nature overzicht heeft op de werkvloer, vooruitdenkt en problemen vóór is. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een hoge standaard. Je motiveert het team en geeft zelf het goede voorbeeld. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt er samen met het team iedere dag voor dat alles soepel verloopt, onze gasten tevreden zijn en graag weer terugkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment overleg je over de planning, vervolgens stuur je het team aan en daarna smeer je weer broodjes tijdens de lunchrush. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel, ondersteunt waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat het team prettig samenwerkt en steeds zelfstandiger wordt. Na een inwerkperiode ben je samen met de andere leidinggevenden verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van Helen's Bakery. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkvloer soepel draait, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat het team goed samenwerkt en alles, zowel vóór als achter de schermen, op rolletjes loopt.
