Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek, transport, productie of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en beschikt over een goede basiskennis Engels.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider en weet een team te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je durft medewerkers aan te spreken op prestaties, gedrag en gemaakte fouten.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en taken efficiënt delegeren.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt graag op de werkvloer en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of operationele omgeving is een sterke troef.

Wat bieden wij je?

Je werkt uitsluitend in de nachtploeg.Mogelijke uurroosters:

19u00 - 03u00 20u00 - 04u00 22u30 - 06u30 Tijdens het eerste jaar wissel je om de drie maanden van nachtshift zodat je alle operaties leert kennen. Na deze inwerkperiode kies je één vaste nachtshift.

Direct een contract van onbepaalde duur. Verloning volgens PC 226:Eerste jaar: categorie 5 Vanaf jaar 2: categorie 6 Maaltijdcheques van €9 per gewerkte dag. Nachtpremie van 20%. Groepsverzekering. Hospitalisatieverzekering. Uitgebreide opleiding en begeleiding. Een verantwoordelijke functie met veel autonomie en impact op de dagelijkse operatie. Functieomschrijving

Als Supervisor Nachtoperaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen van een operationeel team tijdens de nacht. Je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Taken verdelen en de personeelsbezetting optimaal organiseren.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele procedures.
  • Medewerkers aanspreken op fouten en constructieve feedback geven.
  • Problemen en operationele uitdagingen snel detecteren en oplossen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het team tijdens de nachtshift.
  • Rapporteren van operationele resultaten aan het management.

Dit is een zeer hands-on functie waarbij je veel aanwezig bent op de werkvloer en slechts een beperkt aandeel administratieve taken hebt.
