Leidinggevende stafarts Nijmegen Waar ga je werken? De veranderingen in de wereld om ons gaan steeds sneller, om dit goed bij te kunnen houden is het belangrijk om je aan te kunnen passen en voor aanpassing is beweging nodig. NEXT bedrijfsartsen is de persoonlijke arbodienstverlener die organisaties en hun medewerkers in beweging brengt en houdt. Dit doen wij door een multifocale aanpak waarbij we samenwerken aan het bereiken van ieders ambitie in het gewenste tempo met een duidelijke rolverdeling. Naast arbodienstverlening, de inzet van bedrijfsartsen, arbeidsdeskundigen en het unieke next level casemanagement, hebben wij hierbij de focus op preventie, leefstijl en het ontwikkelen van organisaties en hun medewerkers met behulp van training en theater. Dat noemen we G.R.O.W. =>Gezamenlijk Resultaat en Ontwikkelgericht Werken. Wat ga je doen als Stafarts? Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren bedrijfsarts (Stafarts) voor minimaal 24 uur per week die het huidige enthousiaste team van 13 (bedrijfs)artsen, arbeidsdeskundige, casemanager, kwaliteitsmanager, ICT beheerder, operationeel manager en het medisch secretariaat wil komen versterken. We zoeken niet zomaar een Stafarts, maar iemand die graag wil bijdragen aan het tot een succes maken van waar wij samen voor staan en naar toe willen. Je krijgt de leiding over het artsenteam waarbij jouw input hierbij van groot belang is, want deze speelt een belangrijke rol bij de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de artsen en zorgt ervoor dat niet alleen de nieuwe collega's, maar ook het huidige team voldoende begeleiding, supervisie en interne opleidingsmomenten krijgt. Je bent een meewerkend voorman/vrouw waarbij je maximaal de helft van de tijd werkzaam bent voor onze klanten zodat je minimaal de helft van jouw uren kunt besteden aan bovenstaande taken.
