In dieser Führungsposition sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für die zuverlässige elektrotechnische Instandhaltung unserer Produktionsanlagen und entwickeln bestehende Prozesse und Wartungsstrategien kontinuierlich weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Elektrotechnik- und Automatisierungsteams

* Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit elektrischer Anlagen, Maschinen und Steuerungssysteme

* Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturmaßnahmen

* Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Anlagenstörungen

* Koordination von Fremdfirmen sowie elektrotechnischen Projekten

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

* Optimierung von Instandhaltungsprozessen und vorbeugenden Wartungsstrategien

* Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung

* Unterstützung bei Investitions-, Modernisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten

* Auswertung und Reporting von Instandhaltungskennzahlen (KPIs)

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik (HTL, Meister, Werkmeister)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden

* Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen, Antriebstechnik und industrieller Automatisierung

* Erfahrung mit Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen (SAP von Vorteil)

* Kenntnisse der relevanten elektrotechnischen Normen und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Den Erfordernissen der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Ansprechpartner_innen

Für diese Position bieten wir Ihnen ein marktkonformes Entgelt, das über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestentgelt liegt und sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Glasindustrie beträgt in der Verwendungsgruppe IV nach vier Jahren aktuell € 4.329,37 brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer 38-Stunden-Woche.
