KASTNER ist ein Waldviertler Traditionsunternehmen im Lebensmittelgroßhandel mit der Zentrale in Zwettl, das derzeit rund 900 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Damit sind wir ein bedeutender Arbeitgeber in der Region und bieten unseren Mitarbeitern langfristige und sichere Arbeitsplätze.

Das KASTNER Team sucht ab sofort für unseren Standort in Zwettl 1 Leiter_in für die Fleischabteilung Ihre Aufgaben

* Leitung der Fleischabteilung im Abholmarkt Zwettl mit Personalverantwortung für einen Mitarbeiter (Erstellung von Dienstplänen, Mitarbeitergespräche, Umsetzung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen etc.)

* Sicherstellung von Frische und Qualität der eingelagerten Frischfleischartikel sowie Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Freundliche und kompetente Kundenberatung und -bedienung sowie aktiver Verkauf am POS

* Vorbereitung der Kundenbestellungen im Bereich Frischfleisch für die Auslieferung

* Kontrolle und elektronische Übernahme der angelieferten Waren

* Kontrolle von Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum sowie korrekte Bestückung der Verkaufsregale (nach First in-First-out-Prinzip)

* Einhaltung der internen HACCP-Richtlinien

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Koch, in der Fleischverarbeitung und/oder Fleischbedienung.

* Zudem konnten Sie idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln.

* Sie haben Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.

* Sie haben ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein für frische Lebensmittel.

* Sie arbeiten genau und umsichtig.

* Sie führen Ihre Mitarbeiter teamorientiert.

* Sie sind körperlich belastbar.

Gehaltsinformationen

Einstufung und Gehalt/Lohn werden auf Grundlage Ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Kompetenz leistungsgerecht vereinbart.

Gemäß GIBG veröffentlichen wir ein Mindestentgelt von Euro 35.000,-- brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung laut Kollektivvertrag für Handelsarbeiter/innen. Natürlich vergüten wir entsprechende Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung extra.
