Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Elektrofachhandelssparte für Umsatz, Ergebnis und strategische Steuerung unserer acht Filialen in OÖ

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung der Filialleitungen sowie Endverantwortung für Personalentscheidungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferant:innen und diversen Geschäftspartner:innen, inkl. Teilnahme an Tagungen, Klausuren, etc.

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Verkaufsmaßnahmen

* Steuerung von Sortiment, Preisgestaltung und Warenstrategie

* Analyse von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Marktpotenzialen

* Mitgestaltung bei der Standortentwicklung und Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen und professionellen Erscheinungsbildes aller Filialen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, Studium, o.ä.)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Einzelhandel und branchenspezifisches Know-how im Elektrofachhandel

* Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Standorte

* Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Ergebnisorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsfreude

* Verlässlichkeit, Integrität und Handschlagqualität

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B und Reisebereitschaft
