Die Bühne Baden ist DAS Musiktheaterhaus des Landes Niederösterreich und bespielt die Spielstätten Stadttheater, Sommerarena und Max Reinhardt Foyer. Ein Ganzjahresspielplan bietet musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater mit einem umfassenden Angebot an Musiktheaterproduktionen, wobei der klare Fokus auf den Genres Operette und Musicalliegt.

Zum ehest baldigen Eintritt ist die Position 1 Leitung Beleuchtung (m/w/d) (Vollzeit bei 38 Wochenstunden) der TMB Theater und Museum Baden Kulturbetriebs GmbH, Teil der NÖKUGruppe, zu besetzen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Beleuchtung

* Verantwortung für Personalplanung, Personaleinsatz und die Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe

* Detaillierte Planung und Koordination des Einsatzes der Beleuchtungstechnik an allen Spielstätten

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Proben- und Vorstellungsbetriebs

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regie-, Bühnenbild- und Kreativteams zur Beratung, Planung und Umsetzung künstlerischer Lichtkonzepte

* Budgetplanung und laufende Kostenkontrolle

* Verantwortung für Wartung, Instandhaltung und Modernisierung der lichttechnischen Anlagen und des technischen Equipments

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen und künstlerischen Abteilungen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Produktionen und Veranstaltungen

* Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen sowie Planung und Begleitung von Beschaffungs- und Investitionsprozessen

Ihr Profl

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Beleuchtungsmeister:in, Veranstaltungstechniker:in oder ähnliche Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Beleuchtungsmeister:in

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der modernen Licht- und Beleuchtungstechnik sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit zeitgemäßen Lichtsteuerungs- und Beleuchtungssysteme

* Führungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit Mitarbeiter:innen sowie künstlerischen und technischen Teams

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit hoher Organisationsfähigkeit
