Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Expert_innenteam führen Sie alle Zahlungs- und Buchungsvorgänge durch, stellen die nötigen Bewertungen dar und nehmen die Bilanzabschlussarbeiten bis zur Übergabe an die Wirtschaftsprüfung vor.

ab 01.03.2027 100 % Montag bis Freitagmittag

Tätigkeiten

* Fachliche und personelle Führung des Buchhaltungsteams (rund 20 Mitarbeiter_innen)

* Verantwortung und Kontrolle der gesamten laufenden Buchungen sowie des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Weiterentwicklung und laufende Überprüfung von Kontrollmechanismen zur Risikominimierung und Fehlervermeidung

* Bilanzierungsarbeiten und Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses gem. UGB

* Eigenständige Abwicklung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und GSBG-Beihilfe

* Durchführung sonstiger (Steuer-)Meldungen

* Ansprechperson für IT-Angelegenheiten, Betriebsprüfungen sowie Behörden

* Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und weitere Digitalisierung von Prozessen im SAP-FI

* Mitwirkung bzw. Lenkung bei Neueinführung von Prozessen zu weiteren SAP-Modulen und Systemen

* Liquiditätsplanung und -abstimmung mit den Landeskrankenanstalten

* Betreuung der Buchhaltungen von Tochterunternehmen

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung im kaufmännischen/betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen (Universität / FH)

* Prüfung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung

* Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer leitenden Tätigkeit

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Buchhaltung und Steuerrecht (v. a. Umsatzsteuer)

* SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Modul SAP-FI, von Vorteil

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse, v. a. Excel

* Ausgeprägte Zahlen- und IT-Affinität

* Genaue, korrekte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams

Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
